This is a light and airy dessert made of crispy meringue and filled with custard, served with ripe strawberry slices topped with Coulis sauce and a ball of berry sorbet on meringue crumble. (Named after the ballerina Anna Pavlova who toured Australia and New Zealand in 1926 and became popular there).
